WOODBRIDGE, VA-Direct mail firm ABR Services Inc. acquires two industrial buildings totaling 60,000 sf. The company, which is spending nearly $4 million on the purchase, plans to relocate its headquarters into the buildings, leaving 10,000 sf available for leasing to an outside occupant.
