BALTIMORE-The Board of Estimates closes on the sale of nearly $8 million in bonds to help facilitate the development of Clipper Mill, a $58-million mixed-use development on the former site of a machine plant. The project will include housing and office space.
WASHINGTON, DC-Law firm Collier Shannon Scott decides there is no place like home and signs an early lease renewal on its 117,000 sf of space at the 537,000-sf Washington Harbour office compound. The deal marks the largest lease in the Washington, DC office market for 2004, so far.

WASHINGTON, DC-The class A office building at 901 F St. is up for lease--and up for sale. Property owner ICG puts real estate services firm CB Richard Ellis in charge of finding the building a new owner, and leasing up the remaining 19,000 sf available in the 113,000-sf structure.
ARLINGTON, VA-Plans for a new mixed-use property featuring 625,000 sf of office space move forward with the establishment of a joint venture involving the JBG Cos., Trizec Properties Inc. and CIM Group. In addition to office space, the development, Waterview, will feature retail space, as well as a hotel and residential units.
WASHINGTON, DC-Starwood Urban LLC is putting a 1.2-million-sf portfolio of office, retail and residential properties up for sale. The asking price for the entire package, with properties in urban locations from New York to Miami, is a healthy $500 million.
