WASHINGTON, DC-One Metro Center, a 415,000-sf class A office building in the East End, welcomes a new tenant as law firm Manatt, Phelps & Phillips signs on for approximately 25,500 sf of space. For Manatt Phelps, the deal helps facilitate a relocation.

BALTIMORE-The first phase of a $200-million project moves forward with the city Planning Commission's approval of rezoning to accommodate the development. Part of the project involves the redevelopment of a former grain elevator into condominiums.

WASHINGTON, DC-The class A office building at 901 F St. is up for lease--and up for sale. Property owner ICG puts real estate services firm CB Richard Ellis in charge of finding the building a new owner, and leasing up the remaining 19,000 sf available in the 113,000-sf structure.

ARLINGTON, VA-Plans for a new mixed-use property featuring 625,000 sf of office space move forward with the establishment of a joint venture involving the JBG Cos., Trizec Properties Inc. and CIM Group. In addition to office space, the development, Waterview, will feature retail space, as well as a hotel and residential units.
