SILVER SPRING, MD-In a $27.3-million transaction, the 236,000-sf office complex at 11800 Tech Rd. switches ownership from The Goldstar Group to Corporate Office Property Trust. Once a flight simulator manufacturing facility, the property is 95% leased to tenants including the US Department of Defense.
