BOCA RATON-The Renaissance Hotel completes a $9 million renovation project that began 18 months ago. The 189-room property existed as a Sheraton Hotel for nearly 20 years before Detroit, MI-based owner Trident-Allied LLC reinvented the property under Marriott's Renaissance brand.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, VA-The area's newest shell building, an 87,500-sf structure situated on a 19-acre plot, is presented in a ceremony with local and state officials. The structure sits in the 100-acre Glade Highlands Industrial Park, which is in a designated enterprise zone.
