The athleisure retailer has doubled in size its flagship location relocating from the Scribner Building across the street.

The rental building at 42-12 Crescent St. in Long Island City, Queens will be turned into condos with sales beginning next month.

Only two other portfolios with more than 200 units sold in Rego Park and Forest Hills in the past half century according to Paul Massey's brokerage firm B6.

The two large "80/20” luxury multifamily rental units received Wells Fargo loans replacing $140 million of Fannie Mae financing.

The deal brings recent leasing activity at 22-15 43rd Ave. to over 37,000 square feet.

The fund's first round closed with $450 million from a third party investor and $100 million from Nuveen's parent company, TIAA.

The credit rating agency had left this space to move into 95,000 square feet subleasing from the Meredith Corporation last May.
