SUN CITY WEST, AZ-The Heritage Tradition is adding 45,000 sf or 41 assisted-living apartments to the $28.6-million development. The project is the second addition to the 11.1-acre community in recent years.

TEMPE, AZ-The airlines operated out of Phoenix, but the jet engine repair facility was in New Mexico. Now the two have come together with Mesa Airlines' lease of 12,000 sf in the Sky Harbor submarket. The move meant the closing the Farmington, NM plant.
