SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Gold's Gym pencils a 30,000-sf lease for Northsight Crossing, a 13-acre project that recently broke ground. Other health club operators were jockeying for the location at the corner of Northsight Boulevard and Raintree Drive.
PHOENIX-Riefkamp Equipment Co. leases 10,088 sf for the next five years in First Commons at West 10th in a relocation from Adams Street. The tenant, inking a deal valued at $300,000, had to move due to detergent-handling requirements, the broker says.
TEMPE, AZ-After three failed tries, the 43-unit Eighth Street Manor makes it to the closing table. The stumbling block, says the broker, was negotiating a licensing agreement with the Salt River Project.
