PHOENIX-The La Jolla, CA-based buyer wrangles another deed from Starwood Capital as it sets about fulfilling a goal to buy $50 million of Phoenix-area office product. For $5 million, Equus got a 92,249-sf building at 202 E. Earll Dr. in the downtown.
PHOENIX-Seller Walden Residential collects the check for the 268-unit, class B property at 5454 W. Indian Rd. in West Phoenix. The units, which rent for $389 to $479 per month, were 93.8% occupied at sale time.
