PHOENIX-Acoustic Material Services lands a 44,880-sf, rail-equipped warehouse to triple its Phoenix staging area and deliver its 17th location in the Western US. The lease turns on the lights in a building that's been empty for a year.

CHANDLER, AZ-Countrywide Financial acquires Chandler Commons, 80,000 sf of shell space, all class A and sitting on 26 acres. The final contract includes an 18-month option for an extra 10 acres.
