PHOENIX-After three years of ownership, Equus turns over the 43,847-sf asset, which was 95.5% occupied at sale time, to a Scottsdale-based limited liability company. The office building's location and strong tenant base shored up the decision to buy.

PHOENIX-A private investor from Rancho Murieta, CA, is now planning to upgrade the vacant space in a four-building complex along West Peoria Avenue as a leasing strategy for boosting the 85% occupancy.

PHOENIX-The firm signs a six-year pact for what the broker believes is the best warehouse distribution center in the south central submarket. The Sky Harbor Transit Center win was sealed by freeway access, economics and the building's functionality.

PHOENIX-The 14,490-sf building, with Walgreen inbound in July, already has a buyer waiting in the wings for the drug store chain's 199th store in Arizona. The 25-year initial lease has five 10-year options.

PHOENIX-Greg Coxon, a 16-year employee, is named senior managing director and also gets to serve on the firm's Western Division Executive Committee. The top job includes oversight responsibility for eight smaller offices in the West.

MESA, AZ-RBI of Phoenix swoops in for the close of the 90%-occupied North Mesa Plaza, which was attracting attention from the buyers' marketplace. The Phoenix seller was pushing to sell so it could trade for a larger property.
