PHOENIX-The metro's weak market isn't dampening investors' spirits as they chase debt-free properties with stabilized rent rolls to move money from Wall Street to Arizona's streets, says an EVP at CBRE's 2003 MarketWatch.

PHOENIX-Deer Valley Unified School District will use the two-building, 89,595-sf project as its printing plant plus provide some extra warehouse space. The district gets some tenants in the take-over, but they will be gone in about a year.
PHOENIX-Eastbourne Investments of Williamsville, NY, buys 8 1/2 acres or the northeast corner of 67th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road. The land speculator's team heads out the door to woo retail developers as soon as the ink dries.
PHOENIX-Greater Phoenix Income Properties, owner of the 274-unit Desert Sky complex, slides in to grab the sister complex within two days of the owner's decision to sell. With the quick reaction, the 216-unit Desert Wind never hit the market.
PHOENIX-Four of the six buildings are already sold, bringing in $200 per sf for developer DKS Development of Phoenix. The two-story shells of 7,743 sf are going up on the southwest corner of Marilyn and 71st streets.
PHOENIX-The Greater Phoenix Income Properties sells its last multifamily holding, the 274-unit Desert Sky Apartments along West McDowell Road. The buyer, also from Phoenix, gets the 80%-leased property at 10% below the asking price.
