AVONDALE, AZ-The 308,000-sf Gateway Pavilions marks the milestone and predicts the balance of the inline space will be filled within the next four months. The sweet part, says the developer, is it's still 10 months from delivery.

PHOENIX-Christian and Magdalena Covaciu, active in the metro's multifamily market, sell the 36-unit Hillside Terrace Apartments less than a year after they bought it. The 1130 E. Butler Dr. property attracted interest from eight would-be buyers.

PHOENIX-Ric Holway gets the honor for a sales volume of $56 million in multifamily transactions. He credits devoted clients and working with the right people for his success along with the commitment.
