FONTANA, CA-The cereal maker will move from the City of Industry to the new facility following completion of construction in 2004. Sources say the five-year lease carries a value of $7 million to $7.5 million.
LOS ANGELES-An investment group that includes the former basketball star will close next week on the Transamerica complex in Downtown LA. The team will spend $100 million to buy the property and another $50 million to redevelop it.
