BURBANK, CA-Emmis Communications puts stations KPWR-FM and KZLA-FM onto the same floor in 23,164-sf deal. Emmis formerly occupied 9,638 sf in the building, located at 2600 W. Olive Ave.

SANTEE, CA-The Hartford space, which will occupy eight of the 104 acres at Santee Town Center, will accommodate an expansion of the company's existing San Diego operations. The company is scheduled to move into the new space, which is already under construction, in May of 2003.

BURBANK, CA-The entertainment company will consolidate several existing Los Angeles-area locations at M. David Paul's new Pinnacle office development, bringing the 395,000-sf, six-story building to 60% occupancy.

SAN DIEGO, CA-Report says region "has resisted a downturn" and has moved up from third to second-highest ranked in the country. Vacancies rose about half a percentage point this year.

WEST HILLS, CA-The Family of Roy E. Disney sells the 560,000-sf West Hills Corporate Village, a former aerospace research park, to Multi-Employer Property Trust of Washington, D.C.
