SAN DIMAS, CA-The Northern California company's Cameron Pacific subsidiary in Santa Monica buys the 150,000-sf San Dimas Station shopping center for $10.5 million in a direct buyer-to-seller deal.
PALM SPRINGS, CA-Epic Resorts would obtain the loan under a pending agreement that requires approval from a bankruptcy court in Pennsylvania. Epic Resorts and several of its affiliates have been in Chapter 11 proceedings since July, 2001.
