SAN FRANCISCO-The 1.8 million-sf complex was officially acquired yesterday by Hudson Waterfront Associates, which put the building under contract last fall on behalf of a trio of Hong Kong investors. The purchase price was $1.05 billion, about $175 million more than the seller--a New York investment group that includes David Werner and Mark Karasick--paid for the asset in 2004.
