SAN FRANCISCO-Alaska Permanent Fund acquires the 90% occupied 402,000-sf class A office tower here from a joint venture of Unico Properties Inc. of Seattle, Citigroup and Wafra Investment Advisory Group. Unico is staying in the deal as a minority owner and will continue to manage the property.
