PALO ALTO, CA-Completing a 1031 exchange, the Goodman Co. of West Palm Beach, FL pays Dallas-based Staubach $31 million for the 90,000-sf building.

ST. LOUIS-The international law firm focused on corporate clients renews and expands its lease for the upper floors of the 42-story Downtown office building Metropolitan Square, which is owned by Trizec Properties.

SEATTLE-Just before the end of the year, Washington Holdings sells the 120,000-sf building to Alexandria Real Estate Equities. PORTLAND-Eugene-based Pacific Continental Bank ties up a 22,000-sf lot here with a 5,000-sf building on it. If the deal closes as expected, the site will become the bank's fourth branch office in the metropolitan area.
