BEAVERTON, OR-The St. Joseph, MO-headquartered company sells its 55,596-sf warehouse/service facility here to John Neimeyer of Portland-based Mainlander Investments for $2.8 million and then leases it back for a term of five years.

SAN LEANDRO, CA-Ameritas Life Insurance of Lincoln, NE, sells the property to Atlanta-based Georgia-Pacific, which has acquired the former Weyerhaeuser division that utilizes the facility for the manufacture of corrugated packaging.

RICHMOND, IN-The Coral Gables, FL-based company sells the Richmond Square mall to a private investor from Indiana for $23.5 million. Bayview acquired the property in January 2003 as part of a portfolio.
