HILLSBORO, OR-With the first building already spoken for in its brand new 27-acre corporate park, the local development company is seeking permits for another three buildings, including a 40,000-sf speculative project that should break ground this year.

PLEASANTON, CA-Cisco buys two of the three buildings in the Lincoln Centre complex here, but is delaying a land purchase in Dublin and abandoning its search for more space in Petaluma as it prepares for an extended slowdown and some 8,000 layoffs.
