DALLAS-AmeriSouth reworks the financing for the 826-unit Parkwood Apartments after spending $3 million in hard costs and raising occupancy 12 points since its takeover in February 2001. The 10-year loan closes at a mid-5% fixed-rate interest.

GRAND PRAIRIE, TX-Condumex, a North American wire and cable maker, gets the same amount of space, but a 36,000-sf location touted as a better layout for one of two US locations while the owner gets to hang a "no vacancy" sign on a 109,600-sf building.
