DALLAS-Come Jan. 22, the 270,000-sf Southwestern Plaza in the arts district will debut a 50,000-sf Fashion Industry Gallery as the $5-million lead-in to a 100,000-sf build-out with showrooms, trade show space and a $1-million memorial park.
