FARMERS BRANCH, TX-Granite Properties parts with a 99%-occupied, class A office building in an investment sales climate that is bringing top dollar for those with stabilized assets to sell. Real estate pros are betting the check was at least $50 million.

FORT WORTH-The expanding bank takes 10,000 sf or a full floor at 100 Main St. in a 10-year commitment for its first location in Fort Worth, getting a "Main and Main" location with a ready-made, drive-through lane.

DALLAS-The mortgage brokerage house buys out Net Lease Inc. to add NNN properties to whet appetites of its core market, investors in the $500,000 to $5 million sector. Acquisitions and partnerships will drive an office build-up in the Top 25 US metros.

DALLAS-The Weitzman brokers reach the final 15,000-sf stretch to fill a new 59,045-sf shopping center, where two letters of intent are pending and Hollywood Video has jumped into the play. The video retailer takes 6,000 sf for five years.
