DALLAS-Crescent's Stanford Corporate Centre wins the bid for a radio station consolidation that's been in the market for roughly six months. Two stations were already there; six more will occupy in phases. The 10-year lease includes a first-right option.

CARROLLTON, TX-Macfarlan says the contract was too good to pass up: a market rate for the 141,735-sf Crosby/35 Business Park, even though a new leasing team had just been put into place and the market prospects looked good.
