DALLAS-Winston Capital and Barge Properties jumpstart an alliance to redevelop a section of the Dallas neighborhood with a 75-unit "for sale" condo project. The duo has several other neighborhood properties under its magnifying glass.

DALLAS-Homestead Studio Suites Hotels of Atlanta takes the deed from a South Dakota investor after a contract falls out. The Dallas ClubHouse Inn & Suites, originally a Wyndham Garden, is earmarked for a renovation with the re-flagging.

PLANO, TX-Healthcare Realty Trust will own and operate the 163,000-sf medical office building, a companion project for the next Baylor Health Care campus with a 310,000-sf hospital. Ground will break soon on both projects, with delivery in late summer 2004.
