DALLAS-A mystery buyer, working through several LPs, buys the 122,849-sf Harwood Hills Village in Bedford and 95,148-sf Village in Duncanville from Regency Centers. The buyer also gets the 106,557-sf Plaza on Legacy in Plano, with all deals closing in the past week.
