CARROLLTON, TX-The Springhill mattress showroom has vacated a spot at the World Trade Center in a bid to be closer to its manufacturing site in Valwood Industrial Park. The parent firm has signed a five-year lease for 24,297 sf.
DALLAS-The Billingsley Co. has signed Allstate Insurance as its first tenant in a newly finished 106,000-sf building at International Business Park. Allstate is in the planning stages of tenant finish-out and will move into 28,000 sf in October.
DALLAS-Hillwood Investment Properties has signed a major player to its under-construction 327,600-sf Pinnacle 2 building in South Dallas. Quality Logistics Systems is taking 248,300 sf for a distribution hub for its warehouse store customers.

RICHARDSON, TX-Millennium Sales and a startup business, Telco Gray, have signed leases for 10,442 in Richardson's Telecom Corridor. One heads to the 59,847-sf University Center and the other to the 54,765-sf Exchange Drive complex.
DALLAS-Sixty days is all it took to structure a $160-million refinancing for a joint venture partnership. It's all part of positioning the sale of a 1.8 million-sf, two-state portfolio in the upcoming 18 to 24 months, GlobeSt.com is told.
