SAN ANTONIO-A three-year-old development company has found a niche in the medical office sector and is now plotting its first specialty park. Atlee Development's plan calls for a four-building, 170,000-sf project on 14 acres.
DALLAS-Cornerstone Crossing is readying to break ground on a 114,400-sf second phase for the projected 400,000-sf industrial park. Meanwhile, the 25.4-acre park has a new leasing team, which is close to signing a 50,000-sf tenant for the new building.

GEORGETOWN, TX-Larry Peel is planning the final stage to Water's Edge, a 70-unit project that will deliver in spring 2002. And, he says, an upscale 50-unit condo project is in the works for a nearby parcel that he's negotiating to buy.
AUSTIN-Waco Rinks has disposed of its two Austin roller skating rinks, one in the city's northern tier and the other in the southwest. Come May 15, doors will open on a youth-oriented basketball training facility while the other continues as is.
FT. WORTH-Dell Computer has nipped two Ft. Worth deals from its near-term business plans. One is a 500-acre campus and the other, 75,000 sf at Alliance. Meanwhile, Austin and Round Rock holdings are under the magnifying glass.
AUSTIN-Hart Graphics has shuttered its N. MoPac Expressway location and hired a NAI/Commercial Industrial Properties team to hawk the 226,301-sf holding. One broker says it's the last of Hart's printing facilities in the state to go.
AUSTIN-Southern Union Co. is taking an extra 7,500 sf for a total of 51,000 sf in the under-construction Barton Skyway IV. And, it could end up the lead tenant for now if Vignette decides to withdraw its commitment for 108,000 sf.
MESQUITE, TX-Within a month, TIG Real Estate Services hopes to close its first tenant for the 255,500-sf two-warehouse project in Mesquite. The Commerce East Business Park buildings deliver June 1.
