DALLAS-Harwood International has taken the first step toward an expansion of its LBJ Financial Center, buying an 89,745-rentable sf office tower on 2.6 acres that abuts its existing holdings near the prestigious Galleria mall.
DALLAS-The prominent Winstead, Sechrist & Minick law firm signs its 13th lease at the class-A Renaissance Tower. The 168,648-sf renewal is one of the largest leased spots in the 1.7-million sf office tower.
DALLAS-Andersen Consulting, due for a name change come January 2001, is opening its 26th business center worldwide at Dallas' Infomart, marking the firm's fifth metroplex location. The center will service North Texas, Austin and Houston.

FT. WORTH-Seventeen of 36 Nevada Bob's retail stores are being bought by Texas-based Tri-Capital Ventures. The disposition comes as a result of a Chapter 11 restructuring of the world-famous chain, based in Calgary, Alberta.
DALLAS-Realty Capital has signed Kennedy-Wilson as its exclusive leasing agent for a 35,000-sf spec office project in Plano. The two-story building will come to market in August 2001.
