AUSTIN-Partnerware is moving up - to the city's Central Business District, where it has leased 17,000 sf. The move signals a milestone for the business, says its CEO.

HOUSTON-It's the "Workplace of the Future," says Crescent, which is developing a 570,000-sf office tower in downtown Houston. The Crescent project's lead tenant is Ernst & Young, who has signed up for 127,000 sf for 10 years.

FT. WORTH-InteSys Technologies has signed an 84,000-sf lease that it says will guarantee one-day delivery for its customers within 1,500 miles east or west. Plans call for adding 200 workers to the facility that's under construction in the 192,000-sf Alliance Gateway 9 building.

HOUSTON-Come November, northwest Houston will have another place to shop. A 30,000-sf center, Westbridge, is under construction near the intersection of Beltway 8 and West Rd.

DALLAS-Dallas-based Macfarlan Real Estate Services has promoted a vice president of acquisitions to a senior post to oversee marketing for an alliance dedicated to developing high-tech carrier hotels in the southwest.

DALLAS-It pays to know the territory, says a Massachusetts CEO who is setting up a "second home" for his company in Richardson's Telecom Corridor, the same high-tech hub where he spent most of his career. Ennovate Networks, headed by John Glazik, is close to finalizing a 25,000-sf lease for a research and development center.

HOUSTON-The Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas Co., an Oklahoma City-based energy firm, has leased 38,000 sf in the Wedge International Tower in downtown Houston. The pact takes the structure up to a 90% occupancy rate.
