SAN DIEGO-Exorbitant home prices have helped drive interest in the city's apartment market. Limited new supply has also helped push the area's apartment values.
SAN DIEGO-The historic Island Manor, a 28-unit apartment building, has traded hands. The property, built in 1908, is a straight apartment deal, a growing rarity among the condo conversion crazed local market.
SAN DIEGO-The city's industrial market continues outward growth, to the area's borders. Although the industrial market remains strong, vacancy rates will climb in 2005, due to 2.7 million sf of new product hitting the market.

SAN DIEGO-The Boston-based pension fund advisors acquires Mission Center Office Park. TA Associates acquired the 180,730-sf from Mission Center Office Park LLC.
CARLSBAD, CA-Zimmer Dental, a manufacturer of dental implant systems, has seen major improvements made to its new corporate headquarters. The property, a two-story, 72,425-sf manufacturing plant had a full range of tenant improvements made throughout.
