SANTA ANA, CA-The 12-unit Dyer Business Center, which Werdin Corp. completed in November of last year, has entirely sold out in five months. Nine separate buyers have bought up the complex's industrial facilities, which range in size from 7,557 sf to 10,873 sf.

IRVINE SPECTRUM, CA-W. L. Butler Construction Co. snatches up the 13,727-sf building, which stands at 7 Goodyear. Buildings in this small to mid-sized range continue to be hot sellers in the Orange County industrial market.
