SAN CLEMENTE, CA-The company, Cameron Health Inc., will occupy its new offices, located at 905 Calle Amanecer, at the beginning of August. The transaction is valued at more than $1.6 million.
ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Due to the significant decrease in construction activity here, the region sees positive net absorption for the first time since the fourth quarter of 2000.
