KEARNY MESA, CA-Kelco-Wells LLC acquires the 35,840-sf building, which is part of the CP Kelco corporate campus. The buyer plans to hold the office asset as an investment.
SAN DIEGO-Lakeshore Equipment Co. will continue to occupy 7,238-sf in the Hazard Center office and retail complex, according to the terms of its 10-year lease renewal. The toy store has been a tenant in the property since 1990.
SAN DIEGO-Locally based Arrowhead General Insurance Agency will relocate its corporate headquarters into the newly leased space. The company will occupy 67,703-sf at 701 B St., according to the terms of the 10-year agreement.
SAN DIEGO-Construction of the East Village District Cooling Plant has surpassed the halfway mark, with completion slated for September 2, 2003. Starting in December of this year, the 5,040-sf facility will provide permanent chilled water service to Petco Park, the Omni San Diego Hotel and other ancillary developments in the East Village.
