HEMET, CA-Market Street Land & Cattle Co. scoops up the 48,000-sf property, which is located at 2255-2275 E. Florida Ave. in Hemet. The property is occupied by Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts, Save-A-Lot grocery store and Bert's Outlet Center.
SEATTLE-A significant part of the expansion involves the appointment of three employees, Daniel Raffe, Eric Anderson and Craig Torrence, to positions as vice presidents. In addition, GE is increasing its sale-leaseback funding, in a vote of confidence for this two-year-old program.
