FEDERAL WAY, WA-The City Council here is holding a public hearing this evening on a proposal to give developers a 10-year property tax break on the residential portion of Downtown development projects.

SEATTLE-Seattle University is celebrating the topping out of its $34 million, three-story student center this week. The 64,000-sf facility, which will house a variety of student services, is set to open next September.
