LONDON-The Woodside Limited Partnership, a joint venture between Brixton and Equitable Life, has sold its sole asset: the 100-acre, 1.6 million-sf Woodside Estate at Dunstable, Bedfordshire. Moorfield and Westbrook Partners have agreed to pay pounds 95.3 million ($152 million).
LONDON-Distribution property specialist ProLogis has been given detailed planning permission by Rugby Council to build a new 446,000-sf distribution warehouse for publishing group Pearson at Central Park, Rugby, Warwickshire.
