HOUSTON-Trizec shifts three tenants to drum up an extra 27,372 sf for longtime tenant, Plains Marketing, which reworks its pact 26 months ahead of schedule to get the expansion room. In exchange, Trizec gets an eight-year commitment.
PEORIA, AZ-Presson Corp., tackling its first ground-up project, spends $3.1 million for 15.9 acres with two full-diamond Loop 101 interchanges at each end of the property. The three-building Loop 101 Commerce Center will break ground in first quarter 2005.
HOUSTON-The popular retailer makes a long-term commitment for an under-construction 450,000-sf center in a high-growth pocket in the far northwest submarket. The retailer expects to open doors in January 2005.
GOODYEAR, AZ-RDB Development and Construction will deliver the flex office, warehouse and retail space in March 2005, picking 15 acres near the city's town center for its ninth project in the metro.
HOUSTON-A local investor and one from Austin swap $1.1 million and the deed to the fully leased Museum Place, an Inner Loop property developed in 1963. The mix of one- and two-bedroom units have monthly rents of $475 and $775.

HOUSTON-The store will open in mid-October in 60,000 sf of a 110,000-sf box vacated two years ago by Target. MegaMarshall's, making a 10-year commitment, is just one of several key retailers snagged for the 300,000-sf Baybrook Square repositioning.
PHOENIX-A local investor, working a 1031 Exchange, is the new landlord for Bridgestone/Firestone's re-treading facility along 32nd Avenue. The tenant's name and a lease until 2021 are the incentives.
