HOUSTON-Emser Tile of Los Angeles makes a second expansion move in two years, signing for a 112,000-sf warehouse owned by Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust. The commercial tile supplier more than doubles its warehouse space with the new deal.
PASADENA, TX-A New York investor outbids nine others for the 49,600-sf Fairway Centre, a fully leased property in the heart of a suburb's retail trade area. The buyer gets a tenant roster with such retail staples as Office Depot, Starbucks and Car Toys.

HOUSTON-Maya Properties of Los Angeles buys the 216,737-sf Deerbrook Plaza and a Houston investment group, led by Mia Reed & Co. acquires the 95,222-sf Lakewood Forest. Lamar Cos. of Morristown, NJ is the seller.
HOUSTON-Avanti Consulting reserves 7,183 sf at 2211 Grogan's Mill in the Woodlands while M.E. Tech lines up 1,646 sf at 10500 Richmond Ave. in Houston's Westchase submarket. Zenith Properties get five-year commitments from both tenants.
HOUSTON-Framecrafters will set up shop in Hempstead Distribution Center 2, a 113,928-sf bulk distribution center at 2030 Afton Rd. in the northwest submarket. The warehouse is four miles from the tenant's corporate offices.
HOUSTON-Alliance Printing and Graphics gets the keys for a recently traded office/warehouse building that underwent a $100,000 renovation by the new owner, Archway Properties of Houston. The tenant is using it for offices and production.
