HOUSTON-Four transactions are sealed, with the largest being a 12-acre tract in the Westchase submarket. The corporate buyer gets a deed to the northwest corner of Eldridge Parkway and Rincon Road.

HOUSTON-South Atlantic Services has secured a four-month lease, with extension options, while awaiting delivery of a 200,000-sf warehouse. The leased space is in Houston and the build-to-suit in Jacintoport.
