THE WOODLANDS, TX-The buyer is Florida-based Regency Centers, which has doubled its Houston portfolio with the acquisition. The centers have a combined assessed value of $35.1 million, according to county records.

PHOENIX-A Colorado developer hawks his "merchant build" product less than 18 months after delivery. The 21,064-sf, class A office building is in shell form, waiting for finish-out by its new Phoenix owner.
HOUSTON-One Stop Cellular goes for its fourth location while an arts and frame retailer takes its second inline spot at a Houston-area shopping center. The deals, though small in size, show retailers aren't standing still in the economy.
HOUSTON-The Denver-based retailer has signed on the dotted line for a 32,945-sf anchor spot at a center that lost its lead when H-E-B moved across the street and into a new 83,000 sf. An exterior renovation comes with the new deal.
HOUSTON-The longtime tenant stays in place in 11,750 sf at Southport Business Park, a multiple building project along the South Loop East. The renewal keeps 6039 South Loop East at 100% occupancy.
HOUSTON-It's the third land sale in about four months for Caldwell Watson in its main market of Northwest Houston. The New Hope Community Church takes title to a site along West Greens Road for a second church.
