HOUSTON-A start-up eatery taps 6,500 sf for the next five years in a 35,000-sf expansion at a Regency Centers-owned plaza. The broker says it's the place to be since nearby residents have been courting the developer for a sit-down restaurant.

PHOENIX-Specified Electrical Contractors makes the transition from leaseholder to deed holder with the acquisition of the 7,464-sf industrial building. It is one of a three-building development owned by the Chamberlain Family Trust.
