PHOENIX-The Southwest Regional Carpenters Union of Los Angeles cuts a short-term lease for a RREEF-owned building while awaiting the delivery of a project at the junction of 45th Avenue and Interstate 10.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-The three-building design will go up on five acres at the Shea Campus Hospital in Scottsdale. Luckett Farley of Phoenix is the architect and Summit Builders lands the general contractor's role.
