HOUSTON-Under the wire to vacate its five-year-old build-to-suit, AspenTech signs a medium-term lease for 2500 Citywest Blvd. The just-signed deal allows AspenTech to get out the door by July's end so Citgo can start moving the HQ from Tulsa, OK.
