HOUSTON-Teamsters Union Local 968 has lined up 4.4 acres along Beltway 8 to build a new office. The move comes nearly four months after the international bought land, driving a dual move from 3100 Katy Freeway.

HOUSTON-Ranger Steel Supply finds office accommodations in its preferred submarket, the North Loop, after selling its West Little York headquarters. The steel plate distributor will move into 4,768 sf of class A space of a 197,000-sf building.

HOUSTON-General Stevedores renews a pact for a 24,000-sf building of its total 90,618 sf of leased industrial space in the Houston Ship Channel. The renewal is for a warehouse at 601 McFarland, owned by Seattle-based Hatch & Kirk.
