CHANDLER, AZ-Countrywide Financial Corp. delivers the 2,500-job win to the Chandler Commons Office Park after pruning the roster to Las Vegas, Plano, TX and several cities in Florida. Next, two more class A buildings will rise on the campus.
PHOENIX-Sun State Builders returns to CalMat Properties for more land right across the street from its University Center industrial development. The just-bought acreage is being laid out as Sky Harbor Commerce Park, with up to 3.7 million sf of build-to-suit space.
DALLAS-Taco Bueno locks in a sizable loan from a franchise specialty lender to downsize debt, improve cash flow and continue to grow the 130-location chain. The deal takes about 60 days to ink.
SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Phase 2 Solutions Inc. ends a nationwide search for a call center site, taking 55,000 sf previously occupied by the May Co. Negotiations produce a seven-year lease and the firm's second call center in the Valley.
