HOUSTON-Sanford Aron will close this month on a six-acre tract in the northwest submarket, picking up freeway-fronting land for the 28,2100-sf Shops at the Vintage. The plan is to break ground in the summer and deliver the retail space in early 2006.

PHOENIX-The Seattle-based Contractors Bonding & Insurance Co. is planning a June move-in to Concord Place, a class A building near the Camelback Corridor. The 9,392-sf lease puts the group under one roof and adds 2,692 sf of extra office space.
