MINNETONKA, MN-The partners plan to add 10 hotels and three resorts in Brazil over the next three years, with the first Radisson hotels set to open this summer. Radisson hopes to expand throughout Latin America.

MOLINE, IL-The manufacturing firm has hired M. B. Kahn Construction Co. as general contractor for a headquarters and manufacturing plant for its new transaxle joint venture. Construction will begin this fall.

MINNEAPOLIS-Office development has slowed to a halt in every submarket but Downtown Minneapolis, where a number of major projects are in the pipeline. The overall vacancy rate there is unchanged at 9.2%.
