PLYMOUTH, MN-Town Center Office Plaza is a 56,160-sf office condo project that is under construction in Downtown Plymouth. Completion of the units, ranging from 3,120 sf to 9,360 sf, is expected in the fall.
MINNETONKA, MN-Silicon Valley Bank, Globalcase Technologies and Brass Ring Capital sign deals totaling more than 5,000 sf at Carlson Real Estate Co. office buildings at Interstate 394 and Interstate 494.
ST. PAUL-Ninth Street will be closed off as part of the expansion, which will more than double the size of Minnesota Public Radio's 70,000-sf headquarters.
