Carl Goldberg of Roseland Property shared that finding a new tenant for the 495,000 square foot office complex has been “a very difficult chore” and the “efforts were to no avail,” according to The Record.Two offices — one totaling 135,000 square feet and the other of 155,000 square feet — are part of the proposal.
